Return, Refund & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At DK CLASSIC FOX, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains exactly what is covered, what isn't, and how returns, refunds, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are handled. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Click here to fill the Form.

You may raise a return or refund request within 3 days of delivery using our Return & Refund Request Form, available under the Services tab on our website. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2.1 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

•     An unboxing video and clear photographs of the product, the defect, and the original packaging are mandatory for verification. Requests without this evidence will not be processed.

•     Once approved, you may choose between a free replacement (shipped within 2 working days, delivered within 7–8 working days) or a full refund.

•     If the item is out of stock for replacement, a full refund is issued automatically.

2.2 Wrong Item Delivered

•     If you received a different product than what you ordered, the same process above applies — replacement or full refund, your choice, at no additional cost.

•     Returns, exchanges, or refunds for size issues, change of mind, or colour preference, as every item is quality-checked against listed specifications before dispatch.

•     Used, worn, washed, or altered items, or items missing original tags and packaging.

•     Innerwear, customized prints, and made-to-order items, which are non-returnable for hygiene and production reasons.

Need a different size? We offer a paid exchange: return the unused item (a ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies) and place a fresh order for the correct size. This is the only path available for preference-based swaps — replacement sizes are not shipped without a new order.

•     Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled — only the return process in Section 2 applies, and only if eligibility criteria are met.

•     To cancel before dispatch, email support@dkclassicfox.com immediately with your order ID.

•     Available within the 3-day window for eligible returns (defective, damaged, wrong item) and for paid size exchanges.

•     A flat ₹100 fee applies per return order, deducted from your refund, regardless of how many items are picked up within that order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or recipient unavailability, the order is returned to:

•     No additional charges apply for RTO.

•     Re-shipping requires placing a fresh order with new shipping charges — RTO orders are not automatically reshipped.

•     Refunds apply only to approved defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong-item cases.

•     Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method, or to the UPI/bank details provided in the Return Form, within 5–7 business days of approval.

•     COD orders: refunded only via UPI or bank transfer (no cash refunds), using the details submitted in the Return Form, within 5–7 business days of approval.

•     Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return was caused by an error on our part. Reverse pickup fees are non-refundable for preference-based exchanges.

•     Approval or rejection decisions are communicated within 48 hours of receiving your return request and supporting evidence.

Haven't received your refund after 15 days of approval? Email support@dkclassicfox.com with your order ID and we'll resolve it immediately.

8.1 Order Confirmation

All COD orders are subject to confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours of this attempt may be auto cancelled.

8.2 COD Confirmation Fee

A non-refundable advance fee of ₹49 is charged at checkout on all COD orders to confirm order intent. This amount is adjusted against your final order value — it is not an extra charge.

8.3 Repeat Refusal / Non-Acceptance Policy

•     If a COD order is refused at the doorstep, returned undelivered (RTO), or the customer is unreachable/unavailable for delivery twice, COD will be disabled for that customer's account, phone number, and address going forward.

•     All future orders from a flagged account will require full prepayment via UPI, card, or net banking.

•     Repeated COD refusals without valid reason (issues like wrong item or damage fall under Sections 2–3, not refusal) may be treated as misuse. DK CLASSIC FOX reserves the right to deny COD service permanently in such cases.

8.4 High-Value COD Orders

COD is not available on orders above ₹1,999. Orders exceeding this value must be placed via a prepaid payment method.

8.5 Address & Contact Verification

COD orders with incomplete addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or mismatched delivery details may be cancelled or converted to prepaid before processing.

8.6 RTO Cost Recovery

COD orders returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or an incorrect address provided by the customer (not a courier error) may incur a ₹100 RTO handling fee on the customer's next order, deducted at checkout or added to the next prepaid order.

•     Return/refund requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

•     All return/exchange requests are inspected on arrival; approval or rejection is communicated within 48 hours of inspection, with reasons provided in case of rejection.

•     Repeated false claims of damage or defect, unsupported by evidence, may result in the order being processed as a non-defective (preference-based) return, subject to the terms in Section 3.

•     DK CLASSIC FOX reserves the right to update this policy at any time; changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
