📜 DK CLASSIC FOX — Return & Refund Policy

 

At DK CLASSIC FOX, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver products you’ll love, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.

 

🔄 Eligibility for Returns & Refund

 

🗓️ 3-Day Return Window: You can request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery using Return & Refund Form in the Services tab on our website www.dkclassicfox.com 

 

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

 

Acceptance to Return Product and Issuing Refunds are under following conditions:

 

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a printing error:
    • An unboxing video and clear images of the damaged/defective product along with original packaging are mandatory for verification.
    • Upon approval, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, within 2 working days.
    • Post that, it will take up to 7 to 8 working days to deliver the replacement order to the customer.

 

📦 Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products)

 

For returns or exchanges due to personal preferences like incorrect size, change of mind, or color preference:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not provided.
  • If a replacement is still desired, a new order must be placed at the customer's expense.

 

🚚 Return Process

 

Reverse Pickup (For Eligible Returns)

 

  • A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery for eligible cases.
  • A flat ₹100 fee per return order is deducted from your refund.
  • Example: If your order contained 5 products, the reverse shipping charge will be flat ₹100, though you may return only the defective items if applicable.

 

↩️Undelivered / Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

 

If an order is undelivered due to reasons like an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to the following address:

  • No additional charges will be applied for RTO orders.

 

💸 Refund Policy:

 

  • Refunds are processed only for items listed and approved via our Return/Refund Form.
  • Refunds are only processed for defective, damaged, or misprinted products.

 

  • Once verified and approved, refunds will be credited to UPI/ Bank Account as per the details mentioned by the customer in Return & Refund Form within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by DK Classic Fox.

📌 Important Notes

 

  • Return/refund requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Incorrect address, order refusal, or customer non-availability at delivery will result in Return to Origin (RTO). Reshipping requires placing a fresh order.
  • DK CLASSIC FOX reserves the right to inspect and assess all return/exchange requests and to make the final decision in case of disputes.
