At DK CLASSIC FOX, every order is made and shipped with care. Here's exactly how processing, shipping, and delivery work — so you always know what to expect.

đŸ“Ļ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. This includes printing, quality checks, and packing.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. DK CLASSIC FOX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details — re-shipping in such cases follows the RTO terms in our Return & Refund Policy.

đŸ›ģ Shipping Time

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–9 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer; we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or operational issues at our fulfillment partner are outside our direct control, though we'll always help track and escalate on your behalf.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is shared via email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@dkclassicfox.com with your order ID and we'll investigate with the courier.

âš ī¸ Delivery Problems

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For damaged or defective items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — an unboxing video and photos are required for verification before any replacement or refund is processed.
  • For orders delayed or lost in transit (not yet delivered), we will track the shipment with our courier partner and provide a resolution — replacement or refund — within 7 business days of your report, once confirmed lost.
  • Claims for delivery problems raised after 2 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for resolution, so please report promptly.

â†Šī¸ Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or recipient unavailability, the order is returned to our fulfillment center. This follows the same RTO terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy — no additional charges apply for RTO, but re-shipping requires placing a fresh order with new shipping charges.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated failed deliveries are subject to the COD restrictions detailed in our Return & Refund Policy (Section 8).
